Oat Cookie bars
Blend butter, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla until smooth. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in oats and press 2/3 mixture in bottom of a greased jellyroll pan
Melt chocolate, condensed milk, milk, butter, vanilla and salt and stir until creamy and you can pour.
Spread on top of uncooked oat mixture. Top with crumbles of remaining 1/3 oat dough.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 minutes until just golden brown. Cool, cut and enjoy!
