Heat oven to 375F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Seperate dough into 4 rextangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Place cheese slices on rectangles; place ot dog in center of each cheese slice. Roll up each rectangle; press edges to seal. Brush rolls with milk; roll in tortilla chips. Place rolls, seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Bate at 375f for 15 to 22 minutes. Serve with ketchup, salsa or sour cream.
