In large bowl, combine flour, butter, brown sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract and salt; mix well.
Stir in butterscotch morsels and chopped pecans. Shape dough into balls using 1 level measuring tablespoonful for each.
Press pecan half into center of dough.
Makes 5 dozen 2 1/4" cookies.
