Crunchy salad that my whole family loves.
Discard seasoning mix from ramen noodles. In skillet, saute noodles in butter until golden. In a large bowl, combine noodles, broccoli, romaine and onions. Just before serving, toss with dressing and walnuts.
You'll have plenty of extra dressing for another day.
