For jar preparation:
Clean jars before hand. Place bouillon cubes in separate baggie. Layer all other ingredients in a quart jar. Place bouillon on top then oxygen absorber. Tighten lid. Add Jar label.
To prepare:
Combine the contents of the jar with 6-7 cups of water, depending on how thick or thin you like your chili. Simmer in a 3 quart heavy pot, 20=25 minutes until beans are tender. Yield 6 cups of hearty chili. Garnich with fresh chilanro if desired. It's also amazing with avocado, cheese, and sour cream. Could also add a dollop of red pepper paste.
