Mix garlic, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce in bowl. Beat until smooth with wire whisk. Add Olive oil, gradually beating. Stir in vinegar and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Add dressing to greens and toss. Add Romano last and toss again.
