Simple and yummy sandwich
Slice onions and cook in 1/4 stick butter until soft and light brown. When cooked set aside for later.
Slice cube steak against the grain, season with the season salt. In same skillet melt 2 T butter over high heat. Add meat in single layer and cook until brown - do not stir - about a minute. Flip with spatula and cook the other side the same way. Then add 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce, 5-6 big drops of Tabasco and 2 more T butter, the cooked onions and stir.
Butter deli rolls and brown in skillet or to simplify, place in toaster oven.
Assemble sandwich - place mixture on bottom deli roll, top with a spoonful of the juice and top with roll.
Could add provolone cheese
