Combine cucumber, avocado, lime juice, mint, green onion, and sea salt in blender.
Puree until smooth.
Serve cold or at room temperature topped with chili powder to taste and/or Cholula or Tobasco.
Recipe scales up well. You can thin it with vegetable stock or more cucumber.
