Great side dish for a summer BBQ
1. Arrange the sliced cucumber and red onion in a large shallow dish.
2. Combine olive oil, vinegar, sour cream, garlic, dill, salt and pepper in a jar and shake.
3. Pour marinade over the cucumber and onion and marinate for a least 3 hours in the fridge.
4. Garnish with additional chopped dill and serve.
