Very fresh tasting raita.
Add ground cumin to a small pan and heat it on a low flame. You will soon smell it. Remove it and cool. Do not roast it too long because it burns quickly.
Whisk chilled yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Add everything else and taste for seasoning. Add more salt if needed.
