Who knew about fennel? Fabulous and fresh!
Combine above ingredients and shake well. (All of the ingredients can be modified to taste.) Marinate the longer the better. Drain before serving.
I made this up because I had some fresh cukes and fennel. Very tasy and different. Fennel tastes similiar to dill, so interesting summer salad... I have no picture because I ate it all.
