Peal and slick the cucumbers very thin and uniform. Slice the onion very thin. Put the cucmber slices and the sliced onions in very salty water and soak for 1 hour. Drain and put in bowl.
Add the mayo and vinegar, mix well salt to taste with kosher salt. Refriderate. Best made one day ahead.
