in a large bowl, mix all ingredients with hands until all are fully incorporated.
Foil line a large cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray. To form meatballs wet the palms of your hands and pinch about a 1/4 cup of the meat mixture and roll between your palms to form a ball. Place on cookie sheet. Continue until all meat is used.
When all meat mixture is used broil until brown. Turn meatballs and brown other side. After browning, set aside and place the meatballs in sauce. Please note do not cook meatballs done, just brown because they will finish cooking in the Sauce. This adds flavor to the sauce.
Prep the vegetables. Peel Cucuzza. Split Cucuzza in half and then into quarters. Cut the seeds from the meat of the cucuzza. Then slice the quarter into thirds and chop into 1/2" pieces. Finish the rest of the cucuzza. Peel the potatoes and cut into 1" x 2" pieces. Chop the onion and garlic.
Saute the onion in the olive oil. until transparent. add garlic and saute 2 minutes. Add the cucuzza and potatoes and saute about 10 minutes until tender. Add the diced tomatoes and the water and stir place lid on pot and turn heat up until it comes to a boil and turn down. Add seasoning and stir. Add the meatballs. Cook until potatoes are done.
Place in bowl sprinkle with Parmesan and eat with crusty bread.
