Kenna and MiMi made this dough and said it is delicious!
Makes 2 pounds of dough
For oven:
Preheat oven to 450. Oil pizza sheet (preferably black) and put cornmeal on it.
Stir yeast and sugar into warm water and let stand to dissolve.
Insert dough blade into Cuisinart. Put flour, oil and salt into work bowl.
Add remaining water into the yeast mixture and with machine running pour through the feed tube.
And kneed until dough clings to the inside of work bowl.
If it sticks, add more flour by the Tablespoon thru feed tube, waiting until each addition is incorporated until adding another.
If dough is crumbly, add more water by the teaspoon and following above procedure.
Once the proper consistency is reached, kneed the dough until uniformly moist and elastic (approx. 40 sec.)
Reserve a portion of dough for pizza and roll out. Place on prepared pan.
