Whisk together the dry ingredients in a glass bowl. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Mix together until combined with a wooden spoon. Turn the dough onto a floured work surface and knead into a ball.
Place on a greased sheet tray and cut an X in the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
