We are going to start with the buttercream, to give it time to cool in the fridge and have a better texture. To do this, mix the 150 grams of mascarpone with 50 grams of margarine, 120 grams of sugar and a few drops of vanilla essence. Beat well with a fork for about 4 minutes, so that the sugar is well incorporated. Add the nutella and beat for another minute. Store in the fridge. For the cupcakes (about 12 come out) put the butter at room temperature with the sugar and nutella in a bowl and mix well. Add the eggs one by one. Sift the flour with the salt, yeast and baking soda. Mix the milk with the vanilla essence. Add the flour and milk to the egg mixture. Stir well.Put the muffin paper in silicone molds or a muffin pan and distribute the batter, filling 2/3 of each mold. Bake in the preheated oven at 170ºC for about 25 minutes (first bake 10 minutes with fire only at the bottom, then 15 minutes at the bottom and top). Let cool for 5 minutes with the oven door open before removing them from the oven.Let the cupcakes cool before decorating. Decorating them while they are still hot will spoil the buttercream.To decorate the cupcakes, you can use a pastry bag or a spatula, putting a little buttercream on top of each one. At the end, you can decorate them with chocolate chips or other decoration.
