Cured Salmon
To cure salmon:
Mix above ingredients in a bowl and spoon into dish with salmon until salmon is deeply covered in marinade. Let sit for 3 days
Sauce for Salmon: (Use a double boiler)
-1/2 cup dijon mustard
-1 tsp. lemon juice
-1/2 cup fresh dill
-1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
-salt
