A family favorite moist rich coconut pound cake
Cream Crisco & sugar until smooth.
Add 1 egg at a time and mix after each addition until all 8 eggs have been added.
Add flour, flavoring and salt and blend in.
Pour into prepared bread pan.
Bake 75 minutes at 350F
Let cool for 10 minutes and then remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
