Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in a skillet and saute garlic for about 1 minute, then add onions and stir another 1 to 2 minutes. Add Madras Curry and stir for 30 seconds.
Stir in tomato paste and blend well. Add tomatoes and stir for about 2 minutes.
Then add cauliflower florets and stir to coat well with paste. Add water, cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Uncover, add salt and stir well till cauliflower gets cooked but retains slight crunchiness, about 3 to 5 minutes. About 1 minute before cauliflower gets done, add peas and stir well.
