Another easy freezer-bag meal that even kids will eat. This is good with rice.
Put everything in a one-gallon freezer bag. You don't need to mix it up. Seal it, label it, freeze it. The night before you cook it, put it out to thaw (on counter or in fridge, whichever you're comfortable with). In the morning, dump in crockpot, cook all day on low. Eat as a stew, or if you do rice, you can make some rice to go with.
