Suggest a better description1. Large saucepan add 300ml water and 1.5 cup rice. Bring to boil and then turn off and leave lid on for 15 min whilst cooking curried chicken.
2. Brown chicken breast
3. Add onion
4. Add chopped carrot/capsicum
5. Add green vegetables
6. Add cream and milk to correct consistency
7. Add desired amount of curry powder and chicken stock
8. Add flour to thicken
