Suggest a better descriptionIn a saucepan, bring 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) water
to a boil. Stir in couscous and raisins. Cover and
remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Uncover
and fluff with fork. Let cool. Once cool, stir
in green onions, chickpeas and fresh coriander.
Vinaigrette:
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar,
ginger, honey, curry powder, salt and pepper.
In a thin stream, gradually whisk in olive oil until
emulsified. Pour over couscous, tossing gently until
salad is well coated.
