Simple and yet delicious lightly spiced fried chicken
2 tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper (or more or less to taste)
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp mushroom-flavored soy sauce
6 cloves garlic, minced
CAN prepare sauce and marinate n pack individual portion and keep in freezer and fridge.
5 lbs fryer chicken thighs and drumsticks ------------------------- (2 kg cut of chicken)
1 cup all-purpose flour for dredging
2 cups cooking oil
Can try dipping into coconut milk before frying. HAV to try and see.
