A good winter side-dish -- makes use of canned and dried fruits in a mild curry sauce.
Stew the raisins and prunes in water for 10 min. to soften. Set aside for later use.
Arrange the drained fruit in a 13x9 in baking dish. Mix together the liquids, sugar and seasonings. Pour over the fruit. Drain the stewed fruits and sprinkle over the canned fruits to spread the color throughout the dish.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Let cool some before serving.
This must be baked - does not work well in a crock pot.
