Suggest a better description1. Heat oil in a large non-stick saucepan over a medium high heat. Add onion. Cook for 3 minutes or until soft. Add mince. Cool, stirring with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes or until browned.
2. Add curry paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Still well. Reduce the medium low. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until liquid has evaporated.
3. Stir in celery and cabbage. Cook uncovered, stirring for 5-7 minutes or until cabbage just wilts. Serve with rice.
