Suggest a better description1. In a small bowl combine Mayonnaise and the 1/4 tsp. Curry Powder. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients - except the onion slices and olive oil. Press into patties.
3. Brush the onion slices with Olive Oil.
4. Grill the patties and Onion Rings on charcoal grill.
To serve, top the patties with the Mayonnaise and Onion Rings.
