cut the chicken breasts in half as you carmalize the carrots and onions. After 7 minutes place the chicken breast in. Coat breasts with curry, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook on medium flame for 25 minutes. Then add chicken stock (1 box) and simmer for 30 minutes. Turn every 10 minutes. Cut and include mushrooms, beets and orange bell peppers.
With 10 minutes to go, add pre cooked white rice and cover.
