Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash chicken and cut off any fat. Melt butter in a medium mixing bowl; stir in remaining ingredients. Roll the chicken in the butter mixture and set remaining mixture aside. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in a 9x9 baking dish. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes; basting the chicken every 15 minutes with the remaining butter mixture.
