A fast and easy main dish with great flavor!
Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat and fry onions until tender. Stir in garlic, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, pinch of salt, cayenne, tumeric and garam marsala. Continue to cook about 1 minute stirring constantly. Add cubed chicken and cook until done. Add canned tomatoes, yogurt and cilantro and simmer approx. 20 mins.
Serve over basmati rice.
