Currywurst sauce for Thermomix
1. Finely chop the gherkins - 2 seconds speed 5 Remove from TM bowl and set aside
2. Finely chop the onions - 5 seconds speed 5
3. Add butter and sugar and cook - 3 minutes Varoma temp speed1
4. Add the curry powder and cook - 2 minutes Varoma temp speed 2
5. Add the rest of the ingredients (including the gherkins) and cook - 15 minutes 100 degrees reverse direction speed 3
Divide the cooked sauce up into clean and heated glass jars - store in refrigerator.
I used 1 tsp of the sambal oelek, and about 30 grams of curry powder. Might use a bit more curry powder next time.
