Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, if using chicken or lamb, cook meat all the way through in a skillet. In a bowl, mix the flour with the broth (I use chicken broth). Add all ingredients (except the rice) to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. If using tofu, add the tofu to the skillet at this time. Simmer, uncovered for 7-8 min. Serve over rice. Add extra cayenne to make it spicier.
