Recipe from Petr and Terry.
Mix yeast and sugar in large bowl. Add hot, not scalding water and let yeast proof about 10 minutes (should be foamy).
Gradually add 3 cups of instant blend flour. Knead about 10 minutes. Dough will be elastic.
Return dough to bowl that has been greased lightly. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour.
Divide dough into 3 pieces. Shape each into oval logs that will fit into a pot; cover and rise for 30 minutes.
Boil dumplings in salted wate about 8 minutes per side. A wooden skewer should push through without a doughy centre.
Remove to serving plate. Cut into 1/2 inch slices and serve with goulash of choice.
