1. Preheat oven to 350°F, Grease a 9 x 13" baking dish.
2. Stir together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Pour in vegetable oil, melted butter, honey, eggs and milk and stir just to moisten.
3. Pour the batter into prepared baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes until the top of the cornbread starts to brown and shows cracks.
