Super easy and excellent caesar salad.
Sauté the french bread cubes with some olive oil or butter until crispy. At the very end, add garlic and sauté--careful to not burn it!
Coddle the egg in hot water for 60 seconds, and crack into the 1/2 cup of olive oil. Use an immersion blender to mix together and add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
Mix lettuce, croutons, dressing, and parmesan cheese to taste.
You can add just about any kind of meat to this recipe. Perfect every time!
