Must be made the night before!!!
Combine both sausages, brown and crumble the sausage. Drain grease.
Beat eggs and milk (add salt and pepper to taste) in a separate bowl. Set aside.
In a 9 x 9 pan lay the butter bread buttered side down.
Sprinkle the sausage over the bread, then top with optional bell peppers. Pour the egg and milk mixture evenly over the sausage.
Sprinkle the cheese over the entire top of the mixture.
Cover mixture and refrigerate over night. Remove from refrigerator and let sit for one hour at room temperature. Preheat oven to 350.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes, uncover and bake and additional 15 minutes or until cheese brown.
