Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl dissolve yeast in 1/2 c water. Add sugar, oil, salt, rye or wheat flour, 3 C. All purpose flour, and remaining water. Beat until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise until doubled about 1 hour. Punch down and divide in half. On a greased baking sheet, flatten each half to inch thickness. Pierce each loaf several times with fork. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled. Bake at 375 25-30 min or until golden brown.
