Combine in a 12" or larger skillet chop meat, garlic, onions. Cook until meat is browned.
Mix broth, cinnamon, oregano and tomato paste and add to skillet. Add uncooked penne, diced tomatoes, and stringbeans, mix well and cover. Cook for 20 minutes on medium heat. If mixture starts to thicken too much, add additional water or chicken broth. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes longer. Add 1 cup feta cheese, mix well cook 5-10 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle remaining feta cheese over top and serve.
