Smoked Baby Back Ribs
Pull membrane and sprinkle lightly with AP, let sit for about 30 minutes until ribs start to sweat.
Set smoker to 250. Use Cookin Pellets Apple Mash Pellets.
Apply light coat of Killer Hogs BBQ Rub.
Place in smoker meat side up for 2-2.5 hours.
Pull and place ribs in foil meat side down with Killer Hogs Vinegar Sauce. Wrap snuggly in layers of foil.
Pace in smoker for 1.5 hours or until 205 degrees is reached.
Pull and let rest for 30-60 minutes.
Coat with Killer Hogs Sauce/Kosmos.
