Prepare noodles, drain, and place in oven safe dish.
On low heat, combine milk, Mexican cheese, butter, cheddar cheese soup, chillies, and Velveeta and stir until smooth.
Pour cheese mixture over noodles and top with crushed croutons and more Mexican cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
