Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour 10" tube or bunt pan. Mix first 6 ingredients together. Spread the nuts along the bottom of the pan, then pour in batter, and bake for 1 hour. Cool and invert on serving plate.
Heat the remaining 4 ingredients until smooth.
Prick the top of the cake and drizzle glaze evenly over top and sides. Allow cake to absorb glaze and repeat until all of the glaze has been used up.
