indian vegan soup like dish eaten with steamed rice
pressure cook the dhal with turmeric powder till it is soft.
in a sause pan heat oil and season it with mustard
add curry leaves, crushed garlic,green chillies, chopped tomato.
add rasam powder ,salt and tamarind mixture.
add the well cooked, mashed dhal to it.add coriander leaves.cover with a lid.
simmer and let it boil for 2 min or switch off when it starts to roll over.
generally served with hot steamed rice and can be served as appetizer also.
