Cut avocados in half, remove the seeds, and scoop the insides into a blender. Rinse the chile, cut it in half, remove the seeds and place it in the blender. Rinse and finely mince one bunch of cilantro, measure out the 3 tablespoons and place them in the blender. Peel and finely chop an onion, measure out the 4 tablespoons and place them in the blender. Peel and use a press the crush the garlic cloves into the blender. Add the water, squeeze in the lime wedges, and then shake in the pepper and garlic salt.
Put the top on the blender and run it for 20 seconds or so on a medium setting so it stays thick. Taste it and see what you think. You can add more garlic salt, pepper or lime to your taste, then re-run the blender.
