This is meal we usually eat with fish. It is very easy.
If you use baby potatoes just “shave” the skin, otherwise, peal potatoes and cut into 5 cm (2 inch) large pieces. Cook in salted water until soft. Put olive oil, finely minced garlic and parsley in pot, add well strained potatoes and stir. Leave it on the fire not more than one minute, stirring all the time to cover potatoes with garlic and parsley. Serve hot with fish.
