1.) Remove sausage casings and break apart the sausage and brown it. Drain and put in big soup pot.
2.) Add the vegetables and spinach to the pan. Using some of the drippings from the sausage. Brown them up a bit. Dump in pot.
3.) Add the broth, water and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Simmer 1 hour.
4.) Add the tortellini the last 15 minutes.
5.) Add the cream cheese heat on low till melted.
Serve with French toast. Enjoy!
