This recipe has been in my family for years, we often make large pots of this wonderful sauce and freeze for those busy nights.
Open the cans of Tomato Sauce and Tomato Paste placing them in an 8 Qt pot
Brown the Ground Beef and place it in the pot
Saute Onions and Garlic and place them in the pot
Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and combine well
Simmer for at least 4 hours (more if you have the time - 8 hours is great!) stirring ever ? hour or so.
