Quick and relatively low fat hot wings
Preheat over to 375
Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Lay out wings . Sprinkle fairly liberally with seasoning. Careful with the red pepper and tobasco.
Leave off red pepper and tobasco for milder kid friendly version.
Bake on 375 for 20 minutes, turning wings after 10. Broil for additional 5 minutes. Not to close the the element. Watch carefully during broil as not to burn.
Serve with celery and dressing
