Finely crush oreos in blender. Stir crumbs w 8 Tbs melted butter. Press into pie plate. Freeze for 10 min
Combine remaining butter and brown sugar in sauce pan. Cook over medium head, stirring constantly until bubbles. Cook for 1 more min and remove from heat. Slowly stir in 1/4 c heavy cream till smooth. Cool for 15 min and pour into crust. Freeze for 30-45 minutes.
Pour chocolate chips in bowl. Heat 1 cup cream over med heat. Pour over chips and let sit for 5 min. Stir until smooth. Pour over caramel.
Chill several hours before serving.
