This was my mother in law's recipe. She always made them at Christmastime.
Boil chopped dates, eggs, olia, sugar 10 minutes. Stir so it won't burn.
Take off heat and stir in 6 cups Rice Krispies, 2 cups chopped nuts, 2 teaspoons vanilla.
Butter hands and roll into small balls. Roll in confectioners sugar.
