Quickest way to make great chicken enchiladas that I know...
Grease 9 X 13 baking dish.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix chicken, chiles, Rotel, soup, and 1 cup of cheese in bowl.
Spoon generous amount of mixture across center of a tortilla and roll up. Place into baking dish. Continue building enchiladas until dish is filled.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over entire dish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes and serve.
