Suggest a better descriptionArrange on a circular platter the salami, provolone, green peppers, and pimentos in multiple layers (3 to 4) with the last layer consisting of salami and provolone and possibly leftover pimentos.
Place rings of onions on the top of last layer.
Drain the tuna, saving the juice, and place in the center of platter.
Drain the black and green olives, saving the juices, and arrange olives on the outer edge of platter and inner circle around tuna.
Season the Antipasto with the salt, pepper, and oregano.
Mix 1/3 cup Wesson oil, 2 tablespoons olive oil, juice of 3 lemons, remaining pimento juice, and 1 tablespoon each of the green and black olive juices, and tuna oil. Pour mixture evenly over the platter, including tuna, and marinate overnight.
